Our vision is that young people are empowered and recognised as community leaders today and for the future. Fundamentally, we aim to act as a catalyst for educating, encouraging and guiding young Australians in many and varied ways.

In addition to mentoring, we also seek to provide opportunities for personal and professional development to our young members, especially through engaging speakers, webinars, seminars and other activities on topics such as Governance, Mental Health, Mentoring, Networking and Leadership.
